For ready-to-order items, we only accept refund or replacement requests if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within [3–7] days of delivery with your order number and photos.

For custom, personalized, private label, or made-to-order products, all sales are final. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, label placement, scent, or appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
